What sizes do you offer? We offer sizes XS to XL for most of our clothing. For abayas specifically, we offer S/M in lengths 54, 56, and 58, and L/XL in lengths 54, 56, and 58.
How do I find my correct size? Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find your perfect fit. We recommend checking the measurements carefully and comparing them to a similar garment you already own.
Are your abayas true to size? Yes, our abayas are true to size. We recommend referring to the size chart on each product page to ensure the best fit based on your measurements.
What is the length of your abayas? Our abayas are available in three lengths: 54, 56, and 58 inches, offered across both S/M and L/XL size ranges.
Can I request custom sizing or alterations? We specialize in ready-to-wear pieces and do not offer custom sizing or alterations at this time.
How do I care for my abaya/kaftan/dress? Most of our fabrics can be hand washed inside out in 30°C water or machine washed on a gentle cycle. Some pieces require dry cleaning. Please check the care label on your specific garment for detailed instructions.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping is always express delivery.
What are the shipping costs? Delivery within Riyadh is free. Shipping to the rest of Saudi Arabia is 50 SAR. International shipping is 150 SAR.
How long does delivery take to Saudi Arabia?Delivery to Riyadh takes 1-3 days. Delivery to the rest of Saudi Arabia takes 3-5 business days.
How long does international delivery take?International orders are delivered within 5-10 business days via express shipping.
Do you offer express shipping? Yes, local shipping can be upgraded to express for an additional fee. Please contact us at orders@kallyah.com as soon as you place your order to arrange express delivery. International shipping is always express.
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
What if my order is delayed? If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at orders@kallyah.com and we'll help track your shipment and resolve any issues.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? You may return items within 10 business days after receiving your order (not from the date of purchase). Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Refunds will be processed after inspection by our team.
How do I return or exchange an item? Contact us at orders@kallyah.com to initiate a return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
How long do I have to return an item? You have 10 business days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed after our inspection team approves the return. The timing of when funds appear in your account depends on your bank's processing time. If a return is rejected, our inspection team will contact you directly.
Can I exchange for a different size or color? We offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. You can return your item for a refund and place a new order for your desired size or color. If you're exchanging within 10 days of receiving your items and there's a price difference, any balance will be refunded to you.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Mada cards, Apple Pay, and additional payment methods coming soon.
Is my payment information secure? Yes, all payment information is processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect your data.
Can I modify or cancel my order? Please contact us immediately at orders@kallyah.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't already been processed for shipping.
