NEW & SALE Item- Return & Exchange Policy 

 Returns & Eligibility
  • Time Limit: You have 7 business days after delivery to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Exclusions: We cannot accept items that are damaged, missing parts, or requested after the 7-day window. Gift cards are strictly non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
  1. Open your order confirmation email, click "View order", and select "Request Return".
  2. A customer service representative will contact you with next steps:
    •  Inside Riyadh: We will coordinate your drop-off at our Office Location. Please contact us in advance before coming by.
    • Outside Riyadh: We will provide you with the correct shipping address.
  3. Return Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping/drop-off costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the funds. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at orders@kallyah.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue immediately.

Exchanges
  • Contact us directly within 7 business days of delivery to request an exchange.
  • We will review your request and send you the exact location and instructions.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the original condition requirements (unworn, tagged, and in original packaging) along with proof of purchase.
