Return Policy

Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 10 days after receiving the order. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, kindly process the return through the order confirmation email you received by clicking "View order" then "Request Return" and select the items you would like to return.

Riyadh Area customers are responsible for returning items to our designated drop-off location in Riyadh. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the drop-off location and instructions.

Non Riyadh customers are responsible for shipping back the items to our Riyadh office. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the shipping address and instructions.

Any costs associated with returning the item are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Once we receive the items and confirm they are in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached, your refund will be processed and you will be notified by email.

We cannot accept items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 10 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company and bank as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at orders@kallyah.com.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order for the item you want. To initiate a return, follow the return process above or contact us at orders@kallyah.com if you face any issues.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping
